She's been showing off her baby bump in fantastic dresses ... but yesterday, she stunned everyone with the cutest red dress. She's practically saying: "Look at me & my cute baby bump!"
Richie is currently in New York with baby daddy Joel Madden ... they were dressed to match. How adorable is that?

Madden was also dressed in red & black.
I doubted that at the beginning, but i guess they do make a cute couple after all!
