Lindsay Lohan had this coming!
"Lohan put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life." That's what the woman suing Lilo is claiming.
The woman, Tracie Rice, who says she was in the car Lindsay Lohan was chasing the night she was arrested for her second DUI, has filed the papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Lilo is currently in rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.

It has been reported that Lilo has been a "model patient" in rehab and is currently working seriously on her sobriety.
Yesterday, Lohan was spotted taking a break from rehab ... she went to a mall, to the gym & then to a tanning salon.

I really hope this girl pulls hersefl together!
