K-Fed has officially filed legal papers in the custody case with Britney Spears ... he wants more custody of his two little boys Sean Preston & Jayden James.
The documents were filed on Wednesday by K-Fed's lawyer.
K-Fed & Brit Brit shared the custody 50/50 ... But now he wants more, how much more? We don't know yet, because the papers are still confidential.
It seems Britney's behaviour in the past few weeks (especially the latest rumor) has triggered this step from K-Fed ... He ain't happy!

It seems K-Fed was worried Brit was exposing the little tots to "unnecessary risk".
I'll say it again ... Brit had it comin'!
