Anyone with two DUI convictions must serve at least five days & this conviction is Nicole's second DUI.
Nicole arrived today at the L.A. County Superior Court, hand in hand with boyfriend Joel Madden. She was sporting a black dress & bug-eye sunglasses.
Richie was sentenced to 4 days in County jail & fined $2048 & ordered to take a 21-day alcohol education course.
Richie must report to serve her time by September 28th.
