Back in May, before Lindsay Lohan checked into rehab, she crashed her 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL65 convertible ... she also cocaine and nearly twice the legal amount of alcohol in her system!
At that time, she was arrested, then two days later checked herself into rehab, because cleary things were going out of hand!
Yesterday, Lilio took responsibility of that incident, walked quietly into the Beverly Hills PD station to be officially arrested for her May DUI.

Lilo arrived at the station at 4.15 pm and was released on $30.000 bail about an hour later.
Lohan is scheduled to be back in court on August 24.
