After a war among magazines, OK! Magazine won a 2$ million deal to publish exclusive photos from Eva Longoria & Tony Parker's wedding.
The 1st photo appeared on the cover of OK! after the wedding last week.
Eva & Tony together in all their Bride & Groom glory! Eva in her couture Angel Sanchez mermaid gown made of silk wool, with silk gazar metallic embroidery, a scoop back and a long train.
In the interview with OK! , the couple spill out a lot of details about choosing the date of the wedding, having babies & the red wedding cake!
There were loads of rumors that the wedding date 7.7.07 was chosen because it's said that it brings good luck, but turns out that it was the only date that both Eva & Tony found appropriate for the celebration!
Eva says: "Tony is probably the least superstitious man I know. We had a great wedding. It was quite simple, traditional and personal. It was the only day we could both do it."
As for the babies issue, it seems this year pregnancy is out of the questions for the couple! Firstly because they want to spend time together & enjoy each-thoer's company ... Secondly because 'Desperate Housewives' boss Marc Cherry told Eva that she can't get pregnant for at least a year because it hasn't been written into her character Gabrielle Solis' storyline!!
Ok, down to the wedding cake ... it was red, matching the whole red theme of the wedding ceremony ... The five-tiered yummy cake was flown in from California, featured a vanilla pound cake filled with crushed organic raspberry preserve and white buttercream. Oh! Yum Yum!
their an amazing couple and the cake was made in the NAPA VALLEY BABY
Flying a cake from the other end of the world is a whole lot of nonsense, especially when you think that there are great bakeries in France. But money talks.
I went to this wedding. Never in a million years would I have thought I would experience a wedding like this. Was disapointed there were not more family pictures in OK magazine. Food was great. Fireworks were awesome. I never saw so many roses in one place. This was the best way to experience Paris.
Cousin,
I couldn't agree more!!! To see Paris that way. I was not at Eva's wedding but my dear friend Cat Wall was married at Vaux Le Vicomte last September. (Rumor is that the Fireworks company Eva used is also the same that Cat used!! Cat is also a Texan) (see photo at www.catwall.smugmug.com)
Wasn't the Chateau the most incredible thing!! The wedding was magical, as I am sure was Eva & TP!)
A year later and I am still head over heels over the experience!
