Grammy winner Nelly Furtado is officially engaged!
Nelly has been in a relationship with her sound engineer Demacio Castellon for some time now ... he worked with her on her hit album Loose.
The person to give the secret away was her close friend, music producer Timbaland, who said when asked if there really is an engagement: "Yes".
Nelly has a 3-year-old daughter, Nevis, from a previous 4-year-relatioship with ex-boyfriend, DJ and producer Jasper "Lil' Jaz" Gahunia.
Nelly's latest achievment was sweeping 5 awards at Canada's Juno music awards in Arpil! ... Including album of the year!
Congratulations Nelly ... but will you get married this time? ... we'll have to wait & see!
