It seems that Britney Spear’s ex husband and the father of her children, K-Fed, has refused to sign the divorce papers that give him and Britney their freedom. Kevin has said that the reason he refuses to sign the papers is that he is worried about his children Sean Preston, 21 months, and Jayden James, 10 months!

Many claim that Kevin was merely worried about his money and the possibility of having to split it up ... but he clearly and boldly said ‘It's not about the money. It's about her partying.’ It's important to note that Britney started partying in November after her split from her husband and has had many tragedies including shaving her head and being photographed without underwear!

Although in March both parties came to an agreement that stated that both of them would share legal and physical custody of the children, Kevin seems to have changed his mind after he saw his wife’s inappropriate behaviour! Kevin must also keep in mind that for the well-being of his children, they need their mother ... so instead of being harsh about Britney’s ‘problem’ maybe he should get her some real help !!!
