According to a home video of Angelina Jolie giving birth to her 1st biological baby Shiloh Nouvel, the whole process gave Jolie a serious case of the giggles!

While doctors performed the Caesarian surgery prior to baby daughter Shiloh’s birth, Jolie laughed & laughed ... Brad Pitt caught it all on film!
She says: "They were trying to put the IV in me, and I began laughing so hard, with tears rolling down my face. I was out of my mind."

The laughing fit didn't stop there, AJ kept laughing as she breast fed Shiloh for the first time 30 minutes later!
I hope i have the same 'laughing' experience when it's my turn!!!
Lot's of people giggle when nervous. I don't see this as anything out of the ordinary for someone giving birth for the first time. It will be a great memory to share w/ Shilo when she's older.
Well its not like she subjected herself to actual labor - no wonder she was laughing. I would be laughing too if I was all doped up with anaesthetic.
