Morgan Freeman to play Nelson Mandela

Who better to play Nelson Mandela than Morgan Freeman?
Freeman is going to take on the character of leader Nelson Mandela in an upcoming movie entitled "The Human Factor". It will look at Mandela's public and private life in the first year of his presidency, when South Africa was just emerging from years of apartheid.
The movie will be based on an upcoming book, The Human Factor: Nelson Mandela and the Game that Changed the World by journalist and author John Carlin.
A release date is not yet set, but production will begin in early 2008.

Morgan Freeman knows Mandela personally, he said in a statement: "I have known Nelson Mandela personally for quite some time, and am continually in awe of his enormous presence in the world. The opportunity to portray him in this film is a great honor."

Can't wait!

    That is great news!!!
I am ever so happy; not only will we see a film about the Legendary Mandela but also, Mandela will be played by the most incrdible actors in the world, Morgan Freeman.
That has to be such an honour for Morgan. No actor can be given such a brilliant role to play without being recognized for his excellence.
Morgan always does a fantastic job, and I am sure that this time will be no exception. If it won't be fantastic, then it would probably be sensational.
I am so excited about this news beause I admire Madela. And I am sure that there wre many in world that do too. He is such an incredible historical figure.

...I can't explain how happy I am right now. I haven't stopped smiling when the heading of this article - no joke.
