The Cruises & The Beckhams are friends ... but it seems Tom Cruise is going to become David Beckham's boss as well!
Rumor has it that Tom is planning to buy the Los Angeles Galaxy ... the soccer team David Beckham recently moved to!
A source even said: "To have Tom's backing would be amazing - there's no way Galaxy bosses would turn down that opportunity."
Cruise loves soccer, he & Katie Holmes watched David Beckham at Real Madrid's home ground the Bernabeu on Sunday to see the Spanish team win the league title. Posh & the Beckham boys were there as well.
The Cruises & The Beckhams celebrated till the wee hours of the morning that day ... they took a meal at an exclusive Madrid restaurant, followed by dancing at a local club.
