It's official ... Paris Hilton won't be serving 45 days in Jail, but she will do 23 days!
The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department announced that "Ms. Hilton will do a minimum of 23 days in jail".
The days of going in & out in a day are over! She will serve her full time, minus 22 days because of a state jail policy encouraging good inmate behavior.
Paris Hilton's sentence starts June 4th & until then her attorney's are doing their best to file an appeal.

I guess the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department want's to do the right thing, by treating Paris like any other person. If she does serve those 23 days ... It'll be justice! It won't be money vs justice ... it would be Paris getting what she deserves for breaking the law!
