The latest celebrity break-up is Denise Richards and Richie Sambora!
but they didn't just announce that they have decided to part ways, but that they did actually split up about two months ago!
So, why hadn't the couple announced this to the public when it was still hot out of the oven? ... According to Denise's rep, the two have been through a lot & they've already been through public divorces and it was very painful.

Richards & Sambora started seeing each other about a year ago, when things got ugly between them & their other halves; Charlie Sheen & Heather Locklear.
Their relationship was thought of as a betrayal, because Richards was supposed to be one of Locklear's best friends!

Well, there's goes another relationship down the tube!
