So what! Did Bobby Brown just wake up!?
A few days ago, Bobby Brown filed a lawsuit against Whitney Houston to change the terms of custody of their daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
According to Brown, after the divorce, he was too devastated & destroyed to handle a custody battle.
He says that he had nowhere to go and very little money to live on, he was practically homeless. That's why he failed to respond to Whitney's petition for custody in time.

Now, Whitney is deemed the primary parent of Bobbi Kristina & has sole custody of the kid. But Brown begged the court the other day to reconsider, because he wants his relationship with his daughter to get stronger.

I think the kid should stay with Whitney ... Bobby is a no-good idiot!
