Well,I am going to be objective here...I think those who say "45 years in prison"...hmmm that's quite harsh and hateful, she definately does not deserve that. But its a fact she is a brat, she lives in total disregard for everybody and thinks she is above everything, meaning that she literally thinks her s.h.i.t doesn't stink. And to "Gary C", wake up not everybody is jealous of stars because they are successful - she broke the law, she had the chance NOT to go to jail when she got arrested the first time, but she blew it over when she was caught driving drunk with her headlights out - we have a saying here in NZ "if you drink, than drive you are a bloody idiot" and that's exactly how she acted. She could have killed herself and others as well, she needs to serve her sentence and rough it up a little, so her otherwise dead brain cells wake up and start functioning. The question here is not whether she has any talent or not but if she should be punished for her b.u.l.l.s.h.i.t or not not and the anwer is if everyone else is being punished for the same thing, so should she. I am not against being young and living it up on the wild side - but when someone f.u.c.k.s over really badly, they should pay for it whether they are a celebrity or a nobody.

My questions were just general. I just wanted to know why is she famous. I don't see why 45 days is a harsh treatment for someone who constantly acts like an out-law for attention. Normal people would not be able to get away with doing half of the things that she does! She definitely deserves it. And she deserved it a long time ago. I cannot see what took them so long! This girl needs to know where the law is, and also need to know what is right and wrong. She acts like she doesn't, when she clearly does. This is her style of getting attention. I honestly cannot see any other reason why she is famous. And just because she has money should not be an excuse for not getting the punishment like any normal person would.

Those people that are petitioning are just as bad as those who are openly gloating. Yes the woman is an empty-headed and irresponsible spoilt brat. However there are people that have committed worse crimes.
Paris should be held accountable, should go to jail and learn a lesson in reality where her fortune cannot help her. However no need for such disturbing displays of malice from people who have never met the lady.
The same goes for those who are sympathising with her. There are far too many humans on this earth, who are subject to horrific injustice and they deserve such sympathy.
This selfish socialite neither deserves our pity, nor our disdain.
