Lindsay Lohan has just gotten a lawsuit thrown at her!
A photographer by the name of Giovanni Arnold claims that Lohan hit him with her BMW on March 13th!
According to Arnold, Lohan was negligent, careless and reckless and that as a result, he sustained severe and permanent personal injuries and economic loss.
Last wednesday, Lilo appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman & was aksed if she had really run over the photographer's foot ... but she replied with: "No, but I should. The guy completely faked it."
