I think you cannot get any lower than using your daughter’s career to launch yours, but it looks like that is exactly what Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina Lohan is doing! The 44 year old woman was seen yesterday at her daughters premiere of the movie ‘Georgia Rules’ but instead of being there as a supportive mum she had been hired by Entertainment Tonight to interview the stars on the red carpet. Whilst some say this woman who claims her friends call her ‘the white Oprah’ will be hired for good with ET others say she was only chosen so she could get an exclusive with her daughter Lindsay.

A source reports ‘Dina wants to be a TV star’ –I think we all do- and that she has her eye on Rosie’s chair in ‘The View’ but the shows representatives haven’t denied or confirmed this rumour. This isn’t the first time ‘mommy’ cashed in on her daughter’s stardom. When Lindsay was in rehab she allowed cameras to trail her on a ‘visit’ to her daughter which apparently infuriated Lindsay and didn’t make everyone else at rehab very happy.
