Larry Birkhead struggled to be able to take baby Dannielynn to the U.S. ... Now guess who's standing in his way? ... None other than Virgie Arthur!!! Again!
Virgie filed an appeal to block Larry Birkhead's ability to take baby Dannielynn with him to the U.S.
Birkhead had gotten a court order that he can take his daughter Dannielynn back home with him, on the condition that they return for a June 9 custody hearing ... but ofcourse, Arthur has objected to a judge's ruling!
There will be a public court hearing tomorrow ... let's see what happens!
But it amazes me that Virgie would want baby Dannielynn to stay in The Bahamas! I mean, wouldn't she rather have her grand-daughter in the same country she's living in? ... What the heck is wrong with this woman?

I believe that Virgie has been advised by her Attorney, that if the Baby hits the US soil, that she will never, and I mean never have a winning case to obtain any form of control over the Baby or anything else she might unreasonably think she can obtain. Quite simple.. The Bahamas Court is her last stand.. I do believe she will crash and burn on todays hearing and also the one in June.
Once the Baby hits the US the Bahamas Judicial System will have absolutely no control over Larry or the Baby. Actually, even in demanding his return to the Bahamas. Larry will have to go to Court in California to obtain US Custody for the Baby, but he has had legal action pending there since he first filed for Custody. That is the reason his first Attorney was released from the case, because he has a current Attorney who is now working the case and has probably already filed the papers. What is going to tickle people is when Virgie has to fight to get out of the Bahamas until the Bills are paid..
This poor excuse of a Woman/Mother/Grandmother will get hers in the end. And what she will get is NOTHING!
