Angelina Jolie has filed papers to the L.A. County Superior Court on april 16th, to change the name of her latest adopted child from Pax Thien Jolie to Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt.
It seems TMZ has gotten copies of the papers & they state the request to change Pax's last name so it will contain the last name of her partner, Brad Pitt.
This way, all her 4 kids will be Jolie-Pitts!
In the papers, Angelina Jolie is named as the child's mother but no name is given for the father. The words "adopted child" are typed in the space left for the father's name.

I guess this should put an end to the silly rumors about Jolie & Pitt having troubles & all that 'separation' crap!
They make the perfect couple & i hope they stay together forever!
