Katie Holmes has settled into Louisiana a couple of days ago & she's going to be staying there for a bit.
No! She hasn't left Tom Cruise! She's there for her new movie Mad Money, which is going to take place in Louisiana.
Katie is going to start filming with co-stars Queen Latifah & Diane Keaton today.
She's also going to have some company soon! Tom Cruise is going to join Katie and their daughter Suri ... he recently finished filming his latest project Lions for Lambs.

On Friday, Katie met some people as she visited the local Target, she tells the Shreveport Times: "I met some really great people, and it was nice. They did recognize me, and it was a pleasure meeting them. We had nice chats about kids, and it was lovely."
