There were a few reports last week about Madonna was intending to go back to Malawi to adopt another child, but it seems these were only rumors.
It is true that Madonna is going back to Malawi, but that's not for purpose of adopting another child, but for some charity work she's been planning on doing.
Madonna's rep Liz Rosenberg said: "Madonna is indeed going to Africa to continue her work with the Raising Malawi organization. She is overseeing the building of a children's health care center."
