The famous Prison Break Star Lane Garrison will be pleading guilt to vehicular manslaughter obviously for a shorter sentence. The charges against him were put forward when on December 2nd he ‘lost control of his SUV’ which lead to the death of 17 year old Vahagn Setian and the injury of two 15 year old girls. But that’s not the scary part, Lane Garrison was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol, his blood- alcohol level was double the legal limit, and has supplied alcohol to the minors who were in the SUV with him.

If Garrison is convicted of all the charges pressed against him he could face up six years eight months in prison without a chance of Prison Break. Right now the actor has been released on a hefty $100,000 bail and has been ordered to not drink alcohol or drive amongst other things. Will Garrison really serve time or will his fame and money allow him to break out of this rut?
