It's official! It's finally over! -Kinda'- Larry Birkhead is the biological father of baby Dannielynn, Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter.
The DNA results were unveiled inside the court in the Bahamas & it's a DNA match for Birkhead & Dannielynn. His words said it all: "I told you so."
Gosh! I believed him since day one ... he knew he was the dad & insisted on going after this case till the end.
Well, i said that it's kinda' finally over, because there is still the custody issue to take care of, Birkhead cannot take Dannielynn with him to L.A. just yet ... things have to be settled especially that Virgie Arthur is expected to start a custody fight!
Stern on the other hand, was very disappointed ... but insisted that he would do all he can to see the Birkhead gets sole custody of Dannielynn, He also said he'd like the transition to be gradual, so the baby can adjust to the changes.
But Stern is being a real gentleman about this, he has invited Birkhead to spend as much time as he wants at Horizons in the Bahamas, where Stern & Dannielynn are staying.
The only remaining issue is: Who gets the money? it's a whole lot of green ones! about $423 million !!! Stay tuned for that story!

I'll take the money if it helps them get on with their lives, lol. Serriously, the baby should get so much each year ($50,000.00 from now till age 10, $75,000.00 from age 10-15, $100,000.00 from age 15 -20, and the big money when she is 20.) This way she has money to live off of and cam still have a glamourious life. This way she will still have a lot of money when she is older and can really use it!!
I've believed Birkhead since day one.. what I'm doing now is praying for his safety, cuz it has seemed TOO fishy from the jump the way Danny and Anna died off... come on!!! Stern's all of a sudden being all nice and warm?! Please... pray for Birkhead and that baby, America! What kind of world are we in where the baby's daddy has been stepping up since before the baby was in the world, trying to be there for mom and baby, but staying out of the way to make the crazy baby momma happy... then steps up again like a real man should, but still gets crapped on... seems like the old "nice guy" scenario, doesn't it? Well, I hope he finishes FIRST and takes that baby with him. I think he deserves it!
