Britney Spears has been trying to sell her Malibu mansion since January ... the price for the seven-bedroom, 9,000-sq-ft home was $13.5 million ... but on March 28th, the price dropped to $11.9 million!
I wonder why Spears would have a problem selling the place ... it's located in a sophiticated area where stars like Mel Gibson live. It also has a huge garden, a pool with spa, a tennis court & a gym!
But according to the president of one of the real estate agencies in California, the price was too much, he said: "The pricing was aggressive. It's an expensive piece of property and sophisticated buyers are looking for the best price."
I hope Britney finds a buyer to the mansion ... She's going to need the money!
