Howard K. Stern wanted so bad to stop this DNA problem ... he filed an appeal to stop the results of the DNA testing ... but his plan didn't work!
His challenge was about to be refused by the court when he decided to withdraw his appeal.
All three judges at the Court of Appeal noted that Stern had filed his challenge too late & should have raised his objections before the Supreme Court ordered DNA testing in the paternity challenge filed by Larry Birkhead.

Baby Dannielynn's DNA was tested on March 21st but the results have not been revealed yet.
Stern filed his appeal a week after he agreed to the DNA testing ... What was he thinking?
