Now there's no mystery as to what killed Anna Nicole Smith ... Today morning, it has been revealed that Smith died six weeks ago of 'accidental drig overdose' according to Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper & Seminole Police Chief.
The results of Dr. Perper's autopsy, show that there were several drugs in Smith's system, but it is clear that all those drugs were of therapeutic character.

Dr. Perper said: "It was only when we had the chloral hydrate that we were able to put the picture together and realize that the chloral hydrate, in combination with the other therapeutic levels [of medications] resulted, unfortunately, in her death."
Chloral Hydrate is a sedative used to treat cases of insomnia & alcohol withdrawal, as well as the relief of anxiety & the ease of post-surgery pain.
As for the Seminole Police Chief, he said: "We are convinced, based on an extensive view of the evidence, that this case is an accidental overdose with no other criminal elements present. We found nothing to indicate any foul play."

At least, now we know ... Rest in Peace Anna ...
