This charge carries a penalty of $22,000 -Australian dollars- or up to five years in jail!
Just yesterday, Stallone got charged with importing Human Growth Hormones -HGH- into Australia.
Stallone was not present in the Sydney Local Court for the hearing, and was excused from appearing at another hearing scheduled for 24 April as long as a lawyer appears on his behalf.
Sly will be required to enter a plea at the next hearing.
