Nicole Richie should start taking more care of herself! It's not about what you wear or how expensive your purse is ... it's your health that counts most!
Richie was filming parts of the reality tv show The Simple Life on Friday, when she fell ill on the set because of dehydration!
She was examined by the doctor on the set, then sent to the hospital to be given intravenous fluids ... she stayed at the hospital for 15 minutes, then was released to go home to rest.

Richie's rep said in a statement: "Nicole is home resting and will return to work this evening. We are proud of the weight that Nicole is gaining and her focus on her health."
It's true Nicole is starting to look better after gaining a few pounds, but i guess it isn't enough ... She has to take more care of her health ...
