That's it! The Anna Nicole Smith trial is over & the judge has ruled & thus ended a hectic six-day hearing.
Anna Nicole Smith's remains have been turned to the custody of her 5-month-old daughter Dannielynn.
Smith is to be discharged from the morgue Friday & will be taken to the Bahamas to be buried next to her late son Daniel.
Stern & Birkhead emerged from the courthouse together & addressed the press. "I think what's important is that we're all working together." said Birkhead.
I guess Anna Nicole will finally rest ... Poor thing, she's been in the morgue for far too long ... I'm glad this whole thing is over.

As for the paternity test, the judge insisted that both parties, Howard K. Stern & Larry Birkhead, should submit to the proper paternity tests & "end the baloney!"
So I guess there's no running away from the inevitable! The real dad of Dannielynn will have to be known sooner or later.
