Kevin Federline has asked for an emergency hearing concerning the custody of his two kids Sean Preston & Jayden James with Britney Spears.
Federline got what he asked for & he & his attorney are scheduled to appear at a downtown L.A. courthouse this Thursday for an emergency hearing in family law court.
It still isn't clear whether Britney Spears will be present or not!
It isn't known what issues K-Fed plans to raise, but according to People, he will try to convince the court that whatever he is concerned about is so urgent that it needs to be fast-tracked.
It seems the state that Britney has been in for the past few weeks, has concerned K-Fed ... He must be concerned about the boys ...

So Britney's left rehab again and no one knows why. Funny how soon as she goes in, K-Fed decides to lodge an appeal to get his kids.
Bit convenient that Britney would be unable to do much if she was in rehab all day. If he was so concerned he'd have called this meeting earlier. I'm going to guess and say thats what he wanted all along. For Britney to go into rehab only for him to make his move. No wonder she's all over the place. Its hard enough coping with a dviorce let alone depression, custody battles and the constant slagging off she's had in the media.
Let the poor lass get herself together and keep her out of the spotlight. Who really cares whether she has shaved her hair. I dont think her wellbeing or that of her sons is an acceptable price to drag someone through the mud.
Seems to me there should be laws protecting these people. They're entitled to privacy no matter what their jobs are.
She looks so reminiscent of Susan Atkins who also shaved her head when going to trial for the LaBianca/Tate murders - (for those of you who don't recall that name, she was on of Charlie Manson's "family") --- nice haircuit honey... Sinead O'Connor could pull it off... this one can't
I know what she is going through. Kfed needs to have his di-k slammed in a drawer. My wife had an ex who used to take us to court 4-6 times a year till the kids where 18. All Britney need is to be left alone so she can get her head straight. Hell I'm 52 and I don't got my shit packed all that tight but then I don't have the press following me every where I go. I think she is doing a good job keeping her head together considering all the stress she has to deal with. Her kids are going to be just fine she has the ability to make sure the are taken care of when she wants to go and have a little fun. I mean for god sakes she is only 25 let the girl have a good time now and again she has worked hard most of her life she has earned it. If she doesn't want to wear panties her or flash her tits that is business. I mean who does it harm? If you are so uptight and shocked by this that's your problem. He Britney You do what you want its your life.
