I don't think you remember, but two years ago Michael was admitted to California's Marian Medical Centre with flu symptoms ... now, he's being sued for it! ... Well, not totally for it, but a dead woman's family is suing him over claims that 73-year-old Manuela Gomez Ruiz's death is being attributed to the hospital's making room for the pop star!
The family is claiming that Manuela, who suffered a heart attack & was on life support, she was moved from her two-bed trauma unit so that Michael could be accomodated.

The family is suing not only Michael, but the hospital as well, because they blame them for the second heart attack that Manuela suffered from the next day.
The lawsuit specifically claims an abuse of celebrity status & seeks unspecified damages.
