Nicole Richie was arrested in December for Driving Under the Influence ... She admitted that before getting behind the wheel, she smoked some marijuana & popped a few Vicodin pills!
Richie didn't go to court, but her laywer appeared in court Tuesday & pleaded 'not guilty' on Richie's behalf to a driving under the influence charge.
You know, Richie must have really good laywers, because after she admitted that there was something in her system as she was driving ... now, she pleads not guilty!
If she is found guilty -there's a chance she will be- she will face jail for a year! Could she & her laywers be working on something like a plea bargain setup?
