Anna Nicole Smith left this world & left a whole big mess behind her ... Who is the real father of baby Dannielynn? ... not only are there 2 names on that list, but more are popping up!
To whom does all her money go? ... & most importantly at the moment, when will her body be released & to whom? In addition to when will she be buried?
Her body is now at the morgue & a Florida judge has ordered that Anna Nicole Smith's body not be released until a DNA test can be performed.
But the problem is, if her body is not embalmed soon, it will not be suitable for viewing or funeral purposes because it might already started decomposing!

no matter who the daddy of the baby is anna deserves a decent funeral,it is so obvious that anna had every intention of staying in the bahamas or she would not have buried her son there the other legal matters can be handled after she is laid to rest if her mom is so concerned she should back off and focus more on trying to get into the baby's life and finally let anna have a break
This judge must have seen the interview that Anna did shortly before her death stating she didn't want anything to do with her mother and for that reason alone he should release the body to Howard Stern. You could see the pain and anger in her face. I still don't understand why this is taking so long. At the least they should do, is embalm her body before it's to late. I believe Howard truely loved her and her son and I hope the daughter he believes is his , is truly his. He has been through so much already, to rip the baby away now would be cruel.
When I see how the court system is allowing Anna Nicole to be victimized ,even in death, I am truly disgusted. Howard Stern was the only person in Annas life who seemed to truly care. My heart breaks when I think of the pain Anna Nicole felt at losing her son. I hope soon she can rest in peace.
It is truly sad to see that Anna Nicole has suffered in her death as much as her life. I wonder if taking trim spa for so long has sped up her decomposing? curious...
i believe Howard K. Stern is the father ,way the child looks and the blue eyes ,don't think Larry is the father
