Daniel Craig is in Beijing for the premier of Casino Royale in China ... now, this is very interesting because this is the first Bond movie ever to be granted a release in China!
All the previous 20 '007' movies were rejected by Chinese censors due to scenes of international espionage as well as 007's fondness for the ladies!
In all cases, Craig wanted to take a stroll in the streets of the Chinese capital, so he did while wearing a disguise so that no one would recognise him. But the surprise came when a bootleg DVD seller offered him a pirated copy of Casino Royale for just a dollar & a half!
Craig said: "Someone tried to sell me a copy last night. I was wearing a hat and glasses so they didn't recognise me. It saddens me. Going to the cinema is a great experience. You're missing out by watching a bad copy of a DVD. As far as I'm concerned cinema is a collective experience & you get 50 per cent more by going to the cinema."
