I really think that she should be charged. Just because she is a tired a$$ singer/actoress with money doesnt mean she shouldnt be treated like a regular person, because that is all she is. Absolutely! Ironically, I witnessed a near accident on the 405 freeway with Brandy a few years ago in a Lexus she was driving, she was talking and laughing after almost causing a serious accident. I thought to myself she is too young and wreckless to be behind the wheel and now look what happened. It has to be difficult for a famous child to mature into a responsible adult as many of them have had no parental guidance in many areas. It's a tragedy this had to happen and a life was lost. Such a loss for everyone involved. Our heart's have to go out to the family of the deceased woman. This will be Brandy's wake up call and to the tune of several millions! Unfortunately the person she hit doesn't get to wake up!
