Well, now it's official ... The girl has entered rehab!
Lindsay Lohan seemed to have partied a bit too hard than usual & drank a lot more than usual during the Golden Globe after-parties ... To the extent that she was rushed into rehab the next morning!
Lohan released a statement through her publicist : "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health. I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time."

Rumor has it that Lohan passed out in a hotel hallway & E! Online senior editor reported that he spotted Lohan looking off & even grabbed a stranger & asked "Can you help me find my friends? I can't find my friend." On Wednesday, she was driven to the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles' Laurel Canyon, as reported by Us Weekly.
