If you want to adopt a baby you should do your homework! & it seems according to Angelina Jolie, Madonna didn't do her homework properly!
And by speaking out on that issue, Angelina Jolie has officially entered the hot debate on Madonna's controversial adoption of Malawian baby David.
Jolie doesn't attack Madonna, but says that she would only take a child from a country where the rules on adoption are clearly defined.
Jolie told Gala magazine: "Madonna knew the situation in Malawi ... In this country, there is not really a legal framework for adopting ...

Personally, I prefer staying on the right side of the law. I would never bring back a child from a country where adoption is illegal."
Last October, Madonna was accused of using her celebrity & wealth to whisk David out of the impoverished country.
Officially, Madonna & hubby Guy Ritchie have custody of baby David Banda for a year, after which they hope to permanently adopt him.
