Ashlee was swimming with a friend & was about to jump up from the water, when the waves pulled down her bikini top! Ooops! & at that moment a photographer snapped that Ooops! In a fraction of a second it was documented that Ashlee ushered in the new year 2007 with the first celebrity nipple slip!
