Britney ushered in the New Year with a bash at Caesars Palace's PURE nightclub ... but it seems that didn't go smoothly!
She reportedly collapsed just an hour into her party!
Britney hosted two countdowns; one in the VIP section of the Las Vegas club & the other on the club’s outdoor terrace - before fainting around 12.50am.
A witness to the incident said that she announced she wanted to leave, then she went into a dead faint & just fell right to the floor.
Her entourage quickly pulled her up then her bodyguard asked for help from the club’s security staff ...
It seems they took her up to her room quickly as to avoid any photos being taken!

It's surprising that Spears' fans haven't bailed on her before now. She is, after all, a no-talent skank. She needs to put her panties on and quit haning around with that troll, Paris Hilton.
