The family of five ... mom, dad, Maddox, Zahara & Shiloh Nouvel ... The Jolie-Pitts have been named Family of the Year by People Mag.
Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt are parents to 3 kids, they have to balance their busy schedule & their work with parenting & taking care of their children ... It seems they have worked things out & are happy the way they are.
But Jolie & Pitt have different appraoches to dealing with the kids ... Jolie says: "I am the disciplinarian. Brad can be, but if Z doesn't get the bottle from me, she'll very quickly run to Daddy."
Angelina also reveals a bit about the kids personalities ...

... she tells People Mag:
"Zahara is possibly the funniest person I've ever met in my life. So dramatic and creative and loud and charming. She's definitely the biggest personality in the house."
As for how Angelina & Brad's work effects the kids & creates a nomadic existence for their family, Jolie says: "It's hard, and maybe one day we'll have to stay in one place. I'm sure the kids are going to be 18 and say, 'God, I just want to stay in one place.' They'll never want to leave home!"
