Britney Spears was seen out & about last night with music producer "J.R." Rotem.
Britney & "J.R." went out & stayed out till around 3.30 am!
The two went on what seemed to be a date, dinner & a movie ... That's when the two decided to go home ... to his place!
But the interesting thing is that the two were spotted locking lips! Nothing gets past the paparazzi!
On another note, reports are Britney is going to auction off her wedding dress for charity!
The dress is a white strapless Monique Lhuiller dress Britney wore on the day she married now estranged husband Kevin Federline in September 2004.
