Nicole Richie got herself arrested Monday morning for driving under the influence!
She was booked at around 4.30 am & was released later that same day after setting her bail at $15.000!
A call to 911 was made after her SUV was spotted going the wrong way on some highway & so the police got to her, stopped her at a carpool lane & found that she was alone in her car & talking on her mobile phone.
According to TMZ, Richie admitted to the cops that she had taken Vicodin & smoked pot prior to driving.
This isn't the first time Nicole gets arrested! In 2003, she got arrested for possession of heroin & driving with a suspended license!
