The animal rights group said: "This pelt-wearing party girl is all animal skin & bones. She’s an incredible shrinking woman with the heart to match".
They have also named Nicole the world’s worst-dressed celebrity!
It seems PETA have their eyes on the young celebrities of hollywood nowadays! Because they named Ashley Olsen as the runner-up! They said: "Wearing fur does add 20 pounds, but if Ashley wants to fill out her frame, we suggest using a fork instead." ... Ouch! That's gotta hurt!
Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria also made the list!
As for last year's number one Paris Hilton, this time she was left off the hook! Paris stopped wearing fur after seeing a horrid PETA video about the fur industry.
