Sylvester ain't playing when he has a movie he's working on!
His latest movie 'Rocky Balboa' demanded of him that he goes on a strict plan of 'No Sex' until the project is done.
Why? ... Sylvester explains: "There is only so much energy in the body and I know some athletes in the film didn't adhere to the ban, but I did because I knew it was the only way. The people I know who fight all stick to a sex ban because if they don't they lose. I hear David Beckham says he doesn't, but maybe he's the exception!"
Sly also says that it isn't easy: "Of course it is hard to do, but that's why you fight so well. You are aggravated you just want to get it over with."
None-the-less, Sly was happy to stick to his plan, because he had no energy left for the bedroom after his grueling daily training regime!
