To be fair, this movie tried. It tried really hard to be something. I watched it knowing that it had bad reviews but from the trailer it seemed hard to think so.

The trailer is wrong.

The action scenes were cool, the opening was interesting, some of the ideas were in fact original but the major problem was: “What is this movie”

Is it a horror movie? Nop. Is it an action movie? Nop. I can’t tell what it is.

It’s about four young men who belong to a supernatural legacy who are charged with stopping the evil force they released into the world years earlier. Another great force they must contend with is the jealousy and suspicion that threatens to tear them apart.

From the sound of it, it’s a great popcorn flick, it might do the job for teens, I doubt it works on an over 20 level.
