Lindsay Lohan got into her 3rd car crash Tuesday night.
She was driving her black Mercedes Benz in Los Angeles at around 2 am, when she was hit from the rear by a paparazzi after they got involved in a high-speed chase!
It seems the hit wasn't such a serious one, becasue Lohan was apparently able to drive a short distance from the crash.
But she later pulled over & called a friend to pick her up.
Lohan is fine & this has not been reported to the Los Angeles police department .

Lohan got into two other car accidents about a year ago, one on May 31, 2005 when a photographer hit the actress's car & then was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly.
The second accident happened on Oct. 4, 2005, when Lindsay crashed into a Chevrolet Astro van on a busy street near the Beverly Center shopping complex.
