Kevin Federline has made a counter attack on Britney Spears; he filed for divorce yesterday & he makes it clear in the documents that he, & only he, should have sole custody of their children Sean Preston & Jayden James.
In documents filed by K-Fed's divorce attorney Wednesday, he checked a box that asks the court to grant him both legal & physical custody of 1-year-old Sean Preston & 2-month-old Jayden James, while allowing Spears visitation rights only!
He's also asking the court not to grant Britney spousal support, because he wants it for himself.
It seems he's not going to let go without a fight!

Sorry dear but neither parent can be totally shut out of there childs life unless they are proven unfit...britney is not that..but you are making yourself out to be that way and you're going to look horrible in front of a judge. I think Kevin Federline still loves Britney but britney does not care she is just concerned about her suicidal situation and not caring about what condition is her family in. Kevin truly loves Britney even though when they are divorced and he shows that love of the father for their kids. He is taking the responsibility for taking care of his wife and kids and this shows that he is really concerned about his family and the conditions. I think Kevin needs to be back with Britney and clear out their arguemnets. And should support each other in the difficult choatic situation they are in right now.
