She just buried her son & now she has been ordered to leave the home she’s staying at in the Bahamas!
A letter was hand-delivered to her house ordering her to leave the residence by October 31st.
The house she’s staying in at the moment, was bought for just a bit less than $1 Million by a friend, who thought that Anna Nicole was going to sign a mortgage to buy the house from him shortly after. But according to him Anna Nicole refused this agreement because she thought the house was a gift! ...

But he says that he doesn’t have that kind of money!
The thing is this; if eviction is Smith’s only coming choice, she will have to leave the Bahamas, & if she returns to her home in California, she will have to face the paternity suit filed by Larry Birkhead, who claims that he is the one & only father to her baby Dannielynn!
