Country singer Keith Urban, who is currently staying in a rehab clinic in Nashville, has canceled his scheduled appearance at the 40th Annual Country Music Association Awards on November 6th.
Urban not only canceled this award appearance, but he also canceled his attendance at Australia's ARIA awards.
For this year, Urban has received CMA award nominations in the same two categories he won last year; entertainer of the year & best male vocalist.
He also is up for best single, Better Life, & song of the year, for co-writing Tonight I Wanna Cry.

It just proves, we are all human and we all make mistakes...Keith is no exception! I think he is a great entertainer and I hope he gets straightened out. Also hope he and Nicole stay together.
