Well, this might be a little bit too much, but according to Life & Style Magazine, Avril Lavigne has had a nose job!
One doctor was consulted by the magazine, says that she did indeed have rhinoplasty.
Dr. George Lefkovitz also thinks that Avril needed the surgery! He says: Her old nose was too short & bulbous. The new nose has better balance & proportion. The tip is more refined.
Dr. Lefkovitz also Avril fans that the surgery wont effect her voice.

leave the girl alone and let her live her life, i look at her pics everyday. and her nose is no different, and i have to agree that she just puts on more makeup.foundation can really make facial features look different. and also those retards at the stupid magazine editing place do that with every model, they change their features. i was studying it in my media class. they do that with all models. they take their necks and make them longer and their noses longer. none of those models are that skinny either, its all fake.
she had one! it looks better now, more feminine and she can wear less eye make-up. she really needed the eyeliner before but now she can go natural.
